On Friday night we dyed Easter eggs and baked cookies with Grandma. That was fun. Although Matthew just wanted to bang the eggs on the table so he kept cracking them. We spent Easter weekend with the Rivers family. They invited us over for food and lots of fun. Lorinda went all out planning activities for the kids. On Saturday we cooked out and the kids played outside. Sunday we returned for an Egg Hunt and were supposed to have dinner there too but Matthew was not happy without his nap so we had to leave before dinner was ready. We enjoyed a full course meal from Sonic instead. We did get a sliced ham and rolls that evening so we were able to have a more traditional dinner, ha ha. These are some pictures of the festivities.
He's our first born, athletic, witty, kind, clever, well rounded individual. We are very proud of the young man he is becoming.
He's curious, creative, over energetic, always hungry and just downright silly. There's never a dull moment with him in the room.
He's the baby so he's just a little spoiled, likes to have his way, laughs and acts silly, thinks he is older than he is and wants to do everything his big brothers do.
