July 2007

Well it's been a few months since my last post and boy have we been busy. I've been going to school at night and thankfully I've got one more week to go and that will be over. It's really hectic trying to get there twice a week. Matthew is 10 months old now and as busy as ever. He is standing up on his own now and I think he will be walking very soon. It's hard to believe that he will be a year old in a little over a month. And Sean is starting the 3rd grade in two weeks! That's a random photo of him in his dirtbike gear, ha ha. Where has the time gone? Danny bought me an awesome camera so I'm definately going to be putting new photos up quite often!

April 2007

It's my favorite time of year! It's warming up and the flowers are blooming here. Along with spring time comes baseball season. Sean is playing for the Cubs this year and is doing very well. He has already hit an in the park homerun and we are looking forward to the one that goes over the fence!
Matthew is getting so big. He is 7 months now. He's starting to feed himself some finger foods already. Time is going so fast. He gets up on his hands and knees and rocks. He'll be crawling very soon.
We have some super events coming up next month. On May 13th (Mother's Day) Matthew is being dedicated. Then on the following Sunday Sean is being baptized. Danny and I are ectstatic about these upcoming events. We are very proud of Sean and so pleased that he has made the decision to accept Jesus as his savior and we continue to pray that Matthew will come to this decision as well some day.
For those of you that pray, I have a request. I'm starting my coding certification classes next week and I ask you to pray for Danny as this is going to put an extra burden on him with the boys while I'm gone on those nights. I will be going to school for the next three months.
We love you all and are blessed to have each and every one of you in our lives.

Not so fun

The last few weeks have been absolutely insane! Matthew had a double ear infection along with a cold WHILE CUTTING TEETH! He was so miserable. Last weekend all three of the guys had a stomach bug. Luckily I was spared. As you can see in the photo, Sean got glasses. He looks so sophisticated. And Matthew is a mess. He's rolling over back to front and front to back now. He can also sit up all the way by himself. Today Sean and I were watching him on the floor and he was moving all over the place. I'm sure he will be crawling soon.

Rainy Days

It's been a yucky day here. Sean's school closed 2 hours early because of a threat of tornados. We've been bored hanging out at home! Here are some pics that we took today. As you can see, Matthew is trying to sit up by himself!

February 2007

It's so hard to believe Matthew Ryan is 5 months old already. This is my first entry so I've got a little bit of catching up to do. He started eating baby food about a month ago. His favorites foods are Oatmeal Cereal mixed with Pears and Banana Yogurt. I tried feeding him Garden Vegetables but that came flying right back at me! He now realizes that he can make noise and screams very loud. It'so cute. He's very active and can roll from his back to his belly both ways. His favorite toy is his Jumperoo He can really get that thing going!

Sean is starting his 4Th year of baseball this month. He's really a great athlete. He's playing for the Cubs and Danny is helping to coach the team. He loves nothing more than spending time with his Dad. Next year he gets to try out for the majors! He's planning on playing roller hockey in the fall. He is also excelling academically and has perfect attendance so far this year!

We have really grown in our Christian faith. For those of you that don't know this, Danny and I were baptized in May of last year. I'm now teaching a 2 year old Sunday School class at our church and Danny is looking into going on a mission trip to Nicaragua in October! It's exciting to see how the Lord is working in our lives.

Our new blog

We got a new blog on blogspot because Yahoo seemed a little akward to us. And I like the look of everyone else's blogs on here better, ha ha. I'm going to try to move my entrys from Yahoo 360 over to here and then continue on. Hopefully that will work okay. So anyway, thanks for visiting and come back often.
