Last week was the annually held Cheetah Week at Sean's school. Every day was something new to do. They had Crazy Day, Sports Day, Pajama Day, Hat Day, and Spirit Day. Then on Friday they had the Cheetah Fest where there is lots for the kids to do. It's lots of fun. Here's some pics that were take during the week.
Matthew's first birthday was Saturday, September 15th. I absolutely cannot believe that my baby is one year old already! His birthday bash was held at Evans Park. Matthew eating cake was the highlight of the party. He dug right in. Lots of fun was had playing on the playground with the slides and swings. Family and friends came to celebrate with us. His friend Brock was there too. He turned one two days later so after Matthew's party we went to Brock's. We were all caked out that day!
Grandma and Grandpa came to Tennessee for Matthew's 1st birthday. The boys had a great time visiting with them. Grandma bought Matthew this really cute Leap Frog Phone and taught him to hold it to his ear and talk. So cute!
Sean had his first ball game of the fall season yesterday. The league he is in for the 9-10 years old is kid pitch which is very different from the machine pitch that he is used to. He played very well yesterday. He got to pitch 1 and 1/2 innings and struck out a few kids. He has an awesome breaking ball. We think Sean has found his calling. He was pumped. Then when his team was up he got the oppurtunity to steal home plate! We ending up losing the game by one run but the kids played great and it was lots of fun. I even give credit to the coach for keeping his cool during the last inning. It was intese, ha ha.
He's our first born, athletic, witty, kind, clever, well rounded individual. We are very proud of the young man he is becoming.
He's curious, creative, over energetic, always hungry and just downright silly. There's never a dull moment with him in the room.
He's the baby so he's just a little spoiled, likes to have his way, laughs and acts silly, thinks he is older than he is and wants to do everything his big brothers do.
